You can book a party online through our website by selecting your preferred package, date, and time slot. A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and school holidays. Popular dates fill up quickly, so earlier is better.
We unfortunately do not give any refunds, but you will stay in credit with us and you can use it any other date that's available
Subject to availability, you can extend your party in 30-minute increments at an additional cost. Please discuss this at the time of booking or contact us.
Packages
The whole venue inside and outside, tables & chairs and kitchen. Please check our party packages for more details
There is no minimum number, but our packages are priced for specific maximum numbers. You can book with fewer children at the stated package price.
Food
Yes client to bring own food & drinks. Party plates & cups
Safety
Yes, at least one parent or guardian must remain on-site for the duration of the party.
Children should wear comfortable clothing and socks. Bare feet are not permitted on the inflatables for hygiene and safety reasons.
Pricing
Yes, weekday parties receive a 10% discount on all packages. Home school groups receive additional special rates.
Facilities
Yes, we have free on-site parking with dedicated parent and child spaces near the entrance.
